Perfect for relaxing breaks, fishing holidays and nature escapes, each property sits beside the water so you can wake up to river views, watch boats drift past and enjoy the calm pace of Broadland life. Many guests choose the location for its tranquillity which is ideal for bird watching, photography and simply unwinding away from busy main routes. And many of our guests return year after year.
Norfolk boasts huge open skies, excellent for photography and watching splendid sunsets. The surrounding reed beds and waterways are home to kingfishers, marsh harriers and a wide range of wetland wildlife, making it equally appealing to walkers and nature lovers.

With the option to hire a day boat to moor at you holiday home you can explore and discover hidden channels and quiet backwaters from the water. And if you are an angler enjoy the excellent fishing on Hickling, Horsey and Barton Broad.
Guests can explore nearby villages, local beaches, enjoy scenic riverside walks and cruising. And the facilities that the village of Potter Heigham offers, with the famous Lathams store with everything you need for your holiday or the angler could have imagined!

Properties are available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and departure is by 10am.
